Claire and Pearce first met back in their Greensboro Day School days and were dating by the end of high school. They even went on to attend UNC-Chapel Hill together! Their first jobs sent them to separate states – Claire to Georgia and Pearce to Pennsylvania – but their relationship remained strong. Eventually, they settled in Atlanta together and were married. Upon the birth of their first child, they decided to make the move back in order to be closer to their support system.
Now, Claire, Pearce, their two children, and the beloved family pup are home in Greensboro. The Veazey parents are enjoying taking their little ones to some favorite spots from Claire’s childhood – like the Miriam P. Brenner Children’s Museum and the Greensboro Science Center.
Claire works as a Treasury Consultant for Truist Bank, while Pearce is a Manager of Corporate Development at Lowe’s Corporation.
