Jessie Unterhalter and Katey Truhn make up the Baltimore based artist team better known as “Jessie and Katey.” Throughout fall 2020, Jessie and Katey created several wayfinding murals throughout Greensboro’s the Revolution Mill campus.
Revolution Mill was once one of the largest textile mills in North America and is now home to 25,000 square feet of workspace (including the offices of Kontoor’s Lee & Wrangler jeans), townhomes and lofts, art spaces and three restaurants (hello woodfired Pizza Napoletana!)
The mural designs and color choices were inspired by the weavings the mill produced. See more photos of the artwork here.
