David Song grew up in Greensboro and graduated from Ragsdale High before heading west to play golf at Pomona College, where he became an NCAA Academic All-American, won a tournament his senior year by 5 shots, and earned a degree in International Relations.

The pandemic unexpectedly brought him back home, where he worked remotely for Goldman Sachs and rediscovered what mattered most: community, faith, family, and golf. Since then, he’s earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and now helps clients make prudent decisions that yield meaningful returns — not just financially, but holistically as well.

David also serves on the Greensboro Committee for The First Tee, sharing his love of the game and its life lessons with the next generation. He’s proud to be building his future — on and off the course — in the city that raised him. 💚🏌️‍♂️
