After graduating from UNCG in 2006, April Albritton’s career path in collegiate athletics moved her around the country for 10 years. April lived in Seattle, Charleston, Long Island, and most recently, Charlotte.
Even though April lived far away, she would always try to make it back to Greensboro for a UNCG Basketball game; this helped her stay connected to Greensboro. April was recruited for an amazing opportunity to work for the Assistant City Manager at the City of Greensboro. This role allows her to be on the frontlines of continued growth and development for Greensboro. April is involved in UNCG Athletics, United Way and other organizations. Many nights you can find her at State Street Wine Company or grabbing a cupcake at Dream Sweeter Bakery, both located at State Street Station.
